What is it?

A very popular class as you don’t need a partner, the routines are all danced solo. A variety of simple dance routines to Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive and Salsa music. The classes are very relaxed and informal.

Is it for me?

This class is suitable for anyone to take part in. No previous dance experience necessary.

What should I wear?

Some people wear workout clothing i.e. T shirt, joggers and pumps. Others go for smart casual with flat shoes. Either okay but stay cool and comfortable.
