What is it?
Learn all the exciting tricks and spins of the pole dance technique. A fantastic new dance & fitness regime aimed to shape, stretch and improve strength particularly in the upper body. It is excellent for improving muscle tone. You will walk away from the course feeling stronger, sexier and with a new found confidence.
Is it for me?
This class is suitable for ladies aged 16 upwards.
What should I wear?
We recommend a fitted T shirt/vest top, shorts and bare feet. Leggings or tracksuit also fine but shorts work best. Please don’t use body lotions on the day of the class.
