Pole Dance Workout (All Levels)

What is it?
A very fun approach to the pole dance class. Lots of easy floor based dance routines are taught to your favourite songs incorporating some pole dance moves to a level of your choice.

Is it for me?
This class is suitable for beginners and improvers. It is a challenging but fun workout.

What should I wear?
Ideally bare legs (shorts) with a vest top or fitted T Shirt. Bare feet and trainers are fine. We recommend that you do not use any body lotions on the same day as the class.
