What is it?
This traditional style of yoga stimulates, relaxes and revitalises the mind and body. A specialised class using techniques to improve mobility and flexibility as well as improve posture and muscle tone
Is it for me?
This particular class is not suitable for complete beginners but great for those that have had some previous experience of yoga.
What should I wear?
Loose fitting and comfortable clothing. Bare feet or socks.
