What is it?

Formerly known as “Tae-Bo” and “Tae-Combat.” This is the ultimate martial arts based workout. A combination of self defence techniques, aerobic and stamina training to improve body awareness and flexibility and to strengthen legs, arms and torso to give you a total body workout. It will have you fighting fit in no time!

Is it for me?

The weekend workout class is suitable for men and women. It is very energetic so make sure you check with your GP before joining if you have any health concerns.

What should I wear?

Fitness/workout gear i.e. T Shirt & Joggers. Trainers compulsory
