Refunds Policy

ADULT PAY WEEKLY CLASSES
Adult "pay weekly" classes are subject to a minimum of 24 hour notice period prior to the class taking place. A full refund or exchange of class can be made providing that the minimum notice time is given.

We are unable to make refunds or exchanges for any reason what so ever if the minimum notice time is not given.

CHILDREN'S PAY WEEKLY CLASSES
Advanced bookings for all children's pay weekly classes are available. If a class has been pre booked and you are not able to attend, we are able to offer a full refund or exchange providing that you let us know by the start time of the class itself taking place.

COURSE BOOKINGS
Course Bookings are non refundable however if the 24 hour notice is given for non attendance an exchange class will be offered on the understanding that the exchange class is taken within that course period.

TEAM PAYMENTS
Team payments are non refundable and no exchanges are allowed.

 

PRIVATE LESSONS
A full 24 hours notice is required to cancel any private lesson or the lesson will have to be paid for in full. We will do our best to fill the slot for you but cannot guarantee this.
