What is it?
A dynamic music driven class that combines the muscular sculpting of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of Yoga. It is a low impact class with no jumping or weights, just dynamic flow sequences that keep you moving and burn the calories. CARDIO STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY IN ONE CLASS.
