Due to the restrictions brought about by COVID-19, we are currently having to work with a big reduction on the number of places that we can offer in each class. Whilst we haven’t introduced any drastic price changes to these class places, we aren’t at this time, able to offer as much flexibility for cancelling or swapping bookings that cannot be attended.
Please see below our current guidelines on this:
PAY WEEKLY CLASSES (VIA THE STUDIO)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or transfers on any pay weekly classes.
If you cannot attend a studio class due to having to self-isolate, we will where possible offer a zoom connection to the class so that you can take part from home.
PAY WEEKLY CLASSES (VIA ZOOM)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or transfers on any pay weekly zoom classes. If in doubt, please wait until the day of the class before booking your space.
COURSES
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or transfers on any courses if the participant is unable to attend. If you cannot attend due to having to self-isolate, we will where possible offer a zoom connection to the class so that you can take part from home.
PRIVATE LESSONS
As a general rule across our studios, 24 hours-notice of cancellation must be given for all private lesson bookings.
If you are forced to self-isolate and unable to give the required notice of cancellation, our preferred solution would be to offer the lesson via zoom at the original lesson time. If the dance style isn’t appropriate for this then a ‘double-up’ on lessons on the week that you return would be appreciated. If neither of these options are feasible, we will waive the lesson charge.
If you can’t attend due to illness (COVID or none-COVID symptoms) and have to cancel without the required notice, we would kindly ask that you honour the lesson payment on the day of the booking. Depending on the circumstances of each cancellation, the teacher might consider, at their own discretion, offering some or all of this tuition time at another mutually convenient time.
