DROP OFF & COLLECTION PROCEDURE
The drop off & collection point for cast members is on the main road, a little bit higher up than the box office doors.
The drop off queue will be to the left of the door (queueing up the hill)
The collection queue for parents will be to the right of the door (queueing down the hill towards town)
Can we respectfully ask that dancers/parents maintain social distance whilst queuing and for anyone aged secondary school upwards to wear a face covering once approaching the theatre entrance.
Please arrive as near to the times given above as possible. Early arrivals won’t be able to get in any sooner, nor will we have time to wait for anyone arriving late.
If dancers or any of their household have experienced any of the published coronavirus symptoms or have been advised by school or track & trace to self-isolate, please do not attend our showcase filming. Please stay home and follow government guidance on self-isolation.
All cast members must remain socially distanced at all times whilst at the theatre. Please can parents help to remind dancers of this prior to arrival at the theatre. (Particularly with the senior groups!!!)
Please can dancers keep luggage to a minimum. Just any costumes they need plus a drink/snack.

Upper Junior Showcase (Louise)
Prue & Violet – Black Socks & Shoes/Pumps
Tilly – White Ankle Socks
Oompa Loompas – White ankle socks
All – Black Vest Top & Leggings
In addition to the above, not mentioned on the previous emails – if any of the Oompa Loompas need to wear a bra, can it please be skin coloured. (Their outfit has a keyhole back)
Hairstyle for this group – please can all arrive with hair in a high ponytail. Please don’t over spray/gel it as we need to change it for their 2nd dance.
Upper Junior Showcase (Gemma)
Girls – Black leggings
Lewis – Black jeans/trousers
All – Black trainer socks & pumps
Hairstyle for this group – please can all arrive with hair “half up & half down” with the bottom half straightened.
Lower Senior Showcase (Hollie)
Mary Poppins (half dancing as boys) – black leggings/jeans/trousers, black pumps/blochs & in addition to what we previously asked – could they also wear black trainer socks.
All – shirts/zip up jackets, jeans/trousers & pumps (at our dress rehearsal we noted that shirts/jeans would be the preferred option & that we would like to see pumps not proper trainers)
In addition to the above, we also noted that the girls needed to wear a white or skin coloured bra to go under their white T-shirts,

Hairstyles for this group – low ponytail for Rocketman dance. Then might want to change for Alice dance depending on character/costume
Master Showcase (Emily)
Oliver Girls – ideally some low heeled boots. If anyone stuck, we have some that one of the Latin Teams are using on the Wednesday but we would need to know in advance if needed so that we can get them to the theatre.
Oliver Boots – flat boots or black pumps. I think we gave black pumps out to those that didn’t have anything at the dress rehearsal
All – trainers for &Juliet plus any bits that dancers said they are bringing from home.
Hairstyle for this group – the Oliver Boys will need hair tying back for that dance but other than that any style OK.
Burnley Showcase (Hollie)

MAKE UP NOTES
Due to covid restrictions, we are asking that all dancers arrive with make up already done.
For our Junior groups, just a small amount needed to add a little colour.
* Dusting of bronzer/blusher
* White/silver eyeshadow/sparkle
* Bit of mascara
* Mid/Dark Pink Lipstick
* False tan is optional for these groups but a little bit recommended as the stage lighting can make the skin look very pale.
For our Senior groups, a bit more needed please
* Foundation/base

* White/Silver/Grey Eyes
* Eyeliner & Mascara/Lashes
* Mid/Dark Pink Lipstick
* Where bare skin is on show, false tan is needed especially on pale skin.
