SHOW T SHIRTS
This year we are having a grey T-shirt with the purple & white show logo on the front and full cast list on the back.
Children’s sizes – 5-6yrs, 7-8yrs, 9-11yrs, 12-13yrs £23.00
Adult sizes – Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large £26.00
These can be ordered via our events booking calendar. Closing date for orders Sunday 4th January 2026.
SHOW FILMING
The Sunday performance of our show production is going to be professionally filmed. This will be available to order as a download link that can be viewed on TV’s, computers, tablets etc.

Please note that there will be only be a limited number of USB copies available so please order early if you are looking to select this option.

BACKSTAGE HELPERS
As always, we very much depend on an army of volunteers to help backstage to look after the groups. To be eligible for this you must have an enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 3 years (or on update service) and be able to able to attend at least one of the dress rehearsals as well as your chosen days backstage at the theatre. If you would like to be considered for this, please speak to Gemma.

Dancers will need to bring packed lunch with plenty of snacks/drinks. We also suggest that they bring books/games to keep occupied whilst waiting for their turn.

Please enter via stage door (to the left of the main entrance) and bring dancers up to the sign in point at the top of the stairs. Those arriving slightly later for Acro Showcase – please use the main entrance and sign in at theatre level.
Please remember to send plenty of drinks & snacks. Younger children will benefit from having books/games etc to keep them occupied backstage.
The show normally lasts approx 3 hours including interval. After the show please proceed to the ground floor main foyer and we will bring the cast down to meet you.
* Primary school aged children will be brought down the main staircase and can be met at the bottom of the stairs.
* Secondary school aged children will be brought down an alternative staircase and can be met at the doors to the left side of the foyer bar.
All dancers must be met in person by a parent (except for those that have left school who will be permitted to leave without a parent)
POLITE REQUEST FROM BURNLEY MECHANICS THEATRE – DUE TO FIRE REGULATIONS CAN WE PLEASE ASK THAT ONLY 1 PARENT WAITS IN THE FOYER TO COLLECT AT THE END OF THE SHOW. ANY OTHER FAMILY & FRIENDS PLEASE EXIT THE BUILDING.
