Joining in a group dance or fitness class is a must for everyone. Not only will you feel the health benefits according to the chosen class, you will instantly feel part of a community of like-minded people that are looking for their regular burst of something to make themselves feel good. We have a wide range of classes to suit all needs from a gentle yoga class to a super energetic metafit workout.
Singles and couples are welcome to join our partner dance classes. Please see our selection of classes. If you have never danced before then please look for “Beginners” classes. If you have danced previously and looking to join one of our “Improvers” classes, it is best that you contact us directly so that we can look at which class options would be best for you.
