All fees listed are based on up to 3 people sharing a lesson. For larger groups, an additional charge may apply. Please note that there will be a small annual increase on private lessons every September.
PAYMENT OF PRIVATE LESSON FEES
Private lesson fees are due within 1 hour of the lesson being completed.
We respectfully ask that you settle payment promptly and not to wait for the administration team to send you a reminder via your teacher. (This is a costly and time consuming process).
Please note that students that regularly pay late for lessons may be subject to a review on their lesson price to cover any additional administrative costs.
CANCELLATION OF PRIVATE LESSONS
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all private lessons.
If you can’t attend due to illness or last minute emergency, and have to cancel without the required notice, we would kindly ask that you honour the lesson payment. Depending on the circumstances of each cancellation, the teacher might consider, at their own discretion, offering some or all of this tuition time at another mutually convenient time.
If you know that you have an event, holiday etc coming up that will mean missing your regular lesson slot, please do try to tell us as soon as early as possible so that it gives the teacher sufficient time to try and fill that lesson space on the week that you can’t attend. This isn’t always possible when a cancellation is last minute.
