SHOW T SHIRTS
This year we are having a grey T-shirt with the purple & white show logo on the front and full cast list on the back.
Children’s sizes – 5-6yrs, 7-8yrs, 9-11yrs, 12-13yrs £23.00
Adult sizes – Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large £26.00
These can be ordered via our events booking calendar. Closing date for orders Thursday 30th April 2026.
SHOW FILMING
The Sunday performance of our show production is going to be professionally filmed. This will be available to order as a download link that can be viewed on TV’s, computers, tablets etc.

Please note that there will be only be a limited number of USB copies available so please order early if you are looking to select this option.
Please note that it normally takes a few weeks to edit the footage so it won’t be available straight away.
IMPORTANT NOTE – We respectfully ask that the download link isn’t shared with cast members from other households. If you are keen to watch, please purchase your own copy.

Tickets will be available to purchase via the Sandersons event booking calendar from Sunday 1st March 10.00am priced £20.00. Individual seat numbers can be selected/reserved. Please bring your confirmation email to gain entry to the theatre (you will not be given a paper ticket or wristband)
Refreshments will be available to purchase at the theatre.
Should any guests require a wheelchair space in the theatre, please advise us before the tickets go on sale so that we can configure the seating to meet your requirements and make this a bookable option on the events calendar.

DRESS REHEARSAL – SUNDAY 14TH JUNE 2026 (BLACKBURN STUDIO)
10.00-4.00pm
This will be for all dancers taking part in the show
Dancers will need to bring packed lunch with plenty of snacks/drinks. We also suggest that they bring books/games to keep occupied whilst waiting for their turn.
Depending on the finalised order of show, some dancers may finish earlier than 4pm. We will message parents if they can be collected sooner.
STAGE REHEARSAL – SUNDAY 21ST JUNE 2026 (BURNLEY YOUTH THEATRE)
9.00-10.00am – Friday Showcase – School Year 1-3
10.00-11.00am – Friday Showcase – School Year 4&5
11.00-12.00noon – Saturday Latin Team – School Year 2-5
12.00-1.00pm – Acro Showcase
1.00-2.00pm – Street Teams & Masterclass
2.00-3.00pm – Ballet Showcase
3.00-5.00pm – Saturday Latin Teams – School Year 6-8 and School Year 9 Upwards
5.00-7.00pm – Friday Showcase – School Year 6-8 and School Year 9 Upwards
7.00-8.00pm – Friday Latin Team – School Year 9 Upwards
The sign in/out point for these rehearsals will be at the main entrance to Burnley Youth Theatre. Dancers up to school year 11 will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian to and from this point.
EXTRA GROUP REHEARSALS
For extra groups i.e. Acro, Ballet, Street etc, information re extra rehearsals will be sent to those groups directly.
SHOW WEEKEND DROP OFF & COLLECTION TIMES
Primary School Age Children Drop Off – Friday/Saturday 5.30pm & Sunday 3.30pm
Secondary School Age Upwards Drop Off – Friday/Saturday 5.00pm & Sunday 3.00pm
The sign in point will be at the main entrance to Burnley Youth Theatre.
The show normally lasts approx 3 hours including interval. The sign out/collection point will be at the main entrance. Dancers up to school year 11 will need to be collected by a parent/guardian from this point.
Please remember to send plenty of drinks & snacks. Younger children will benefit from having books/games etc to keep them occupied backstage.
BACKSTAGE HELPERS
As always, we very much depend on an army of volunteers to help backstage to look after the groups. To be eligible for this you must have an enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 3 years (or on update service) and be able to able to attend the dress rehearsal as well as your chosen days backstage at the theatre. If you would like to be considered for this, please speak to Lucy or Gemma.
HAIRSTYLES
School Year 1-8 – To be confirmed
School Year 9 upwards – These dancers can choose own hairstyle ie down & curly, down & straight, high ponytail, low ponytail – anything but needs to be styled. If wearing hair down, we recommend that you clip a piece back so that it’s not hanging in dancers face. Also please consider the dance/characters being portrayed across the different dances.
