WHAT IS IT?
Enjoy this refreshing mind & body experience to help build a strong and healthy body and enable you to look and feel at your very best. Benefit from a stronger core, firmer buttocks, flatter stomach, improved posture and long, lean arms & legs. This class will aid relaxation and reduce stress levels – you’ll want to do Pilates for life!

IS IT FOR ME?
Pilates is suitable for men and women of all ages. The class is mat based (no jogging etc) so feels quite gentle and relaxing however we always recommend that you check with your GP before joining if you have any health concerns.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Loose fitting and comfortable clothing. Bare feet or socks.
