This class will aid relaxation and reduce stress levels – you’ll want to do Pilates for life!
We have four levels of class difficulty that we offer as a guide to help you select your class however all levels are welcome to attend any of the classes and we will help you to adapt your workout to suit your needs.
Class Difficulty Rating 1 – Upright/Chair Based (Very Easy)
Class Difficulty Rating 2 – Gentle
Class Difficulty Rating 3 – Moderate
Class Difficulty Rating 4 – Great for those that like to feel like they have done something!
IS IT FOR ME?
Pilates is suitable for men and women of all ages. The class is mat based (no jogging etc) so feels quite gentle and relaxing however we always recommend that you check with your GP before joining if you have any health concerns.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Loose fitting and comfortable clothing. Bare feet or socks.
