REFORMER PILATES CLASSES
All Reformer Pilates sessions are none refundable.
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to transfer a Reformer Pilates session to an alternative time. This class transfer is free of charge and can be managed yourself via your account or booking confirmation email.
ALL OTHER PAY WEEKLY CLASSES
All pay weekly classes are none refundable.
If you have booked for a pay weekly class and find that you are unable to attend, a transfer to an alternative date can be arranged with our administration team under the following conditions…
1. A minimum of 12 hours notice is given
2. A £2.00 administration fee is paid
This can be found on our bookings calendar listed as “Pay weekly class transfer fee”
The payment must be made at least 12 hours before the original booking is due to take place
COURSES
All course payments are none refundable or transferable.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds/transfers may be considered.
