It’s never too late to start Ballet training. The exercises will not only help to improve posture, tone and flexibility but you will also feel mentally refreshed and calm after each class. Just what we all need after a busy day!
Is it suitable for me?
This class is suitable for men & women of all ages and abilities. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by this type of exercise, please check with your GP prior to starting the class. Should any particular movement in the class cause any discomfort, please make the instructor aware so that they can adapt your workout accordingly.
What should I wear?
Cool and comfortable – T-shirt & Leggings or Leotard & Tights – whatever you are most comfortable with! Ballet pumps recommended.
