This is the perfect all round fitness class…not too much, not too little. Our bodies respond well to regular and often, so doing this class a couple of times a week, will keep you mobile, toned, and your body on a general level of fitness which we all need to feel good about ourselves. Ideal for men or ladies who feel the full cardio class is too much but still want to keep active.
Is it suitable for me?
This class is suitable for men & women of all ages and abilities. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by this type of exercise, please check with your GP prior to starting the class. Should any particular movement in the class cause any discomfort, please make the instructor aware so that they can adapt your workout accordingly.
What should I wear?
Cool and comfortable workout gear with trainers/pumps.
