Total Body Workout

As the name suggests, this workout covers everything – no need to worry about your fitness session becoming boring! The class features cardio exercises every week, but we also focus on major muscle groups and different types of keeping fit. One week focus on upper body strength, the next thighs and glutes. If you want a high intensity workout that you’ll never get tired of then give this class a go… Ideal for men and women who are used to exercising and need a challenge.

Is it suitable for me?

This class is suitable for men & women of all ages and abilities. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by this type of exercise, please check with your GP prior to starting the class. Should any particular movement in the class cause any discomfort, please make the instructor aware so that they can adapt your workout accordingly.

What should I wear?

Cool and comfortable workout gear with trainers/pumps.
