During the month of November, there are two dance competitions that may impact dancers attending their usual Saturday courses. The dates of these competitions are:
Saturday 4th November – Cheerdance UK competition – Blackpool Tower
12/13 years approx 12-4pm
14/15 years approx 4-7pm
Timetable to be confirmed by 26th Oct
Saturday 25th November – All Nations Competition – Blackpool Winter Gardens
Younger dancers – morning
Middle dancers – afternoon
Older dancers – evening
Timetable to be confirmed by mid November
The courses that may be affected are….
NELSON LATIN, BALLROOM & CLASSICAL SEQUENCE CLASSES
All Saturday Latin, Ballroom & Classical courses will still run on as normal throughout November.
If you are attending either of the above competitions and the published times affect your attendance to these courses, we invite you to swap the missed sessions to our Thursday Latin, Ballroom & Classical class.
5.30-6.00pm – Ballroom Class for up to year 7
6.00-6.30pm – Latin Class all ages
6.30-7.00pm – Ballroom Class for year 8 upwards
It would be fine to swap to your choice of any Thursday during November. A particularly good week to do this would be Thursday 16th November when we have a filming crew visiting our classes.
If this swap isn’t feasible, please speak to Gemma 07764 830966 who will look at alternative options for you.
NELSON LATIN TEAMS
On Saturday 4th November, the Nelson Latin Teams will still run as normal. The teachers will film the choreography taught on this date so that if anyone has to miss for the Cheer competition, they can learn the work from the video provided by the teacher.
On Saturday 25th November, the Latin Teams will be cancelled and not included in the November course fees.
NELSON MASTERCLASS
This class will be cancelled on Saturday 4th November & Saturday 25th November so will just be a 2 week course for November.
BURNLEY 10-12NOON BALLET & TAP
All Saturday 10-12 Ballet & Tap courses will still run on as normal throughout November.

BURNLEY 12NOON CHEERDANCE
Saturday 4th November – class cancelled

BLACKBURN COURSES UP TO 12NOON
All Saturday morning courses will still run on as normal throughout November.

Please note that on Thursday 16th November, a filming crew are visiting our Nelson Latin, Ballroom & Classical courses. If anyone would like to take part in those classes for one week as extra competition practise and to be featured in the promo video, we will be offering a pay as you go option on this date.
